Shipping policy

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

UK delivery

Standard delivery is £2.95, or free on orders over £45. It usually takes 3 to 5 working days.

US and Canada delivery: duties paid

Our Express International rate includes all import duties and taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. Some US orders ship from our US warehouse, which usually takes 3 to 6 working days. Orders shipped from the UK usually take 5 to 10 working days.

EU delivery: duties and VAT paid

EU delivery is a flat £24.95 on every order. This includes all EU import duties and VAT, so there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. Delivery usually takes 5 to 15 working days.

Rest of the world

Delivery costs are shown at checkout and orders usually arrive within 5 to 15 working days. Orders ship from the UK, so your country may charge import duty, VAT or a handling fee on arrival. These charges are set by your local customs office and are paid by you. If a parcel is refused or the charges are not paid, it will be returned to us and we will refund your order minus the shipping cost.

Delivery details

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers and customs.
